I pointed out earlier how 2013 is the year of the Snake and that Snake medicine is all about transformation. Most of us have felt this transformation on a personal level, and many of us on a communal or even global level. Personally I am excited about it and delighted to see all the people out there who are waking up and seeing the world with a deeper level of clarity then ever before. One of the things I have also noticed is that for all the people out there evolving there are just as many if not more people who are truly struggling to keep their balance…mentally, emotionally & spiritually. They are searching blindly like the snake shedding its skin with the last bits stuck to it’s head, more often then not this blindness is the result of fear. In my observations I have also noticed that all the Healers are getting drafted. I say this often to my clients and what I mean is that those of us who have ever in any life time done healing work are suddenly feeling the need to do something. I ponder whether this is a direct reaction to the state of our world, or a prearranged agreement we set up for ourselves before this incarnation…like we knew there was heavy duty work to be done if we were going to save our mother planet and all the beings who live here. Now I am not a dooms-dayer, in fact I think I am by far the opposite. I am ever an optimist and believe that we can make a difference, we can change our world into a happier, healthier place. But I am also a realist and I know that means we have hard work to do. I personally am up for the challenge.
I have worked for many years, in fact my entire adult life at helping people figure themselves out and before heading to Ireland this spring Adam, my doorman (protective spirit guide who works with me on the other side) kept telling me that I needed to make some decisions. He told me that my ship was sailing and I needed to decide what I wanted to do with my career or life path as I like to call it. I really did not want to think about work when on vacation and so never really put any serious thought into answering the question he put before me….but low and behold it showed up over and over again during my ventures and when I returned home I did know what I wanted, and here it is….
As many of you know I am opening a Web-store this fall. In fact I hope to have it up and running by Mabon/the Autumnal equinox & a physical storefront in Lyndonville, VT by the spring of 2014. This is not going to be your average run of the mill, metaphysical shop…but a genuine, artisan crafted magic shop. I am working with local herbalist, spiritual artist and healers to create an authentic Emporium of energetic goods. This has been an exciting ride already for me, in which I feel like I am being aided by the Divine (god/goddess) every time I turn around. My vision is to create a trusted place for people to buy items of power. Whether it be smudge sticks crafted by hand with respect for the land and the herbs itself, tinctures, magical tools or environmentally safe cleaning supplies. I also want to give true magical craftspeople, healers and readers a place to sell their wares. Often the people who do the crafting are not very good, or interested in selling their craft,. This will also give people the opportunity to check out my schedule & get Psychic Readings from me in a more central location. In many ways this came out of a vision of the kind of place I would like to be able to shop…when I realized their wasn’t such a place there was nothing left to do but create it. I am excited to be sharing this journey with all of you and promise to keep you up to date on how things are unfolding.
